The hardest challenge for renewable energy businesses in developing countries seems to be securing capital, according toa new study. GVEP International and Invested Development, in collaboration with Power Africa and the UN SE4All Energy Access Practitioner Network, surveyed 131 enterprise representatives and found that their money-raising problems include limited track records, money flow and access to international investors.
