Helen is an Engineering for Change Research Fellow and holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. She has been conducted research global health and medical devices for two years, working and studying in Zanzibar, Tanzania and Beirut Lebanon. She worked in the medical device field for three years and is now pursuing a Master's in Public Health at the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health. She serves as a Teaching Assistant in health policy and an intern for the Humanitarian Health Initiative.
