This project aims to support Hometeam Ventures in streamlining their current processes for scouting potential construction technologies to fund that address affordable housing bottlenecks, inputting information into their database, technology and company vetting/due diligence, and tracking timelines. The fellow will help in developing a backend tool for managing this process and supporting the automation of technology scouting (e.g., web crawling/scraping), as well as creating a CRM system that allows reporting for portfolio companies and can be integrated with Notion for note-taking for diligence, and sharing investment memos with LPs.
