BamCore has developed a systematic process to transform architectural and structural design models into fabrication-ready kit of parts. The process is broken down into a series of manual steps that use a variety of software and custom tools. The goal of this project is to explore the potential for using Forge PAAS platform to not just automate the individual steps in the process, but seamlessly connect the various steps together. The eventual goal is to create a fully scalable software product that takes design models and converts them into fabrication-ready kit of parts. The Fellow will support Bamcore in navigating through the Forge capabilities and help in developing a robust product roadmap to migrate their workflow to Forge.
