The goal of this project is to support with the design of rural settlements in Rwanda. The Fellow will primarily be responsible for building a detailed 3D model of earth block housing prototypes using Revit. These models will be used to quantify and later document building inputs (materials, labor, infrastructure, etc.,). Additional work may include replicating these prototypes into dwelling unit settlements using BIM to assist EarthEnable in visualizing and analyzing construction implementation scenarios that make the best and most efficient use of limited resources.
